Free, and not preparation for anything
The practice
The body of knowledge behind the eight domains, taught in the open. Six courses, one per volume, each fronted by an instrument you can run on your own operation today.
A standards body that keeps its body of knowledge behind a paywall is a trade association. The standard is published in full, the eligibility rule is arithmetic and public, and the practice behind both is here.
None of it is required to sit any assessment and none of it confers an advantage. That separation is deliberate and it is the reason the credential means anything.
The courses
- Volume I Mind Twelve Hundred Feet, and the Loops That Look Like Progress You are not under-resourced. You are under-resolved.
- Volume II Integrated Operations Nothing Fell, and the Seams That Break Anyway Nothing fell. That is the problem.
- Volume III Marketing Operations Five Seconds, and the Numbers That Rise as You Miss The numbers went up. That is not the same as being heard.
- Volume IV Revenue and Sales Operations Nothing Sold Less, and the Number Nobody Owns Nothing sold less. Everything cost more, one decision at a time.
- Volume V Customer Success Operations Six Months, and the Decision Already Made The renewal is not when they decide. It is when you find out.
- Volume VI AI and Automation Operations It Was Working, and Nobody Could Tell It was working. That is what everyone said, right up until it was not.
Two things worth doing, neither of which costs anything
One
Help decide what a competent operator is expected to know
The eight domains carry equal provisional weighting until practising operators say
what the work actually is. Takes about eight minutes.
Two
Check whether you are eligible
About a minute. No account, no email field, and nothing you enter is kept.
Read the standard in full, free and in the open, before you pay anything or give anyone an address.
