This is the body of practice behind the Revenue and Sales endorsement. It is free, it is complete, and it is not preparation for anything. It is a course about arithmetic that is not difficult and is almost never done. Nothing here requires financial training. It requires being willing to compute something the reporting does not compute for you, and then to believe the answer when it is unwelcome, which is the harder half. If you have not run the Operator Diagnostic, run it first. Financial operations is one of the eight domains, and it is the one operators most often rank low and most often should not. Nothing here is required, nothing is assessed, and reading all of it confers no advantage on anyone.
