This is the body of practice behind the Integrated Operations endorsement. It is free, it is complete, and it is not preparation for anything. Volume one is about how a single operator perceives the state of an operation. This volume is about what happens when work crosses between people, which is where an operation that is individually competent in every function still produces bad outcomes and cannot say why. If you have not run the Operator Diagnostic, run it first. It spans all eight domains and it will tell you whether this is the volume you need. Plenty of operators find that their seams are fine and their problem is somewhere else entirely. The same rule as every course here. Nothing is required, nothing is assessed, and reading all of it confers no advantage on anyone.
